Product care

How should I clean my rug?
  • If sand or dirt attaches to your rug we recommend giving it a good shake.
  • Do not vacuum as this can pull threads and damage your rug
  • We suggest hand washing any smaller marks or stains with cold water.
  • If you need to wash your rug, do so on a delicate cycle and avoid any harsh cleaning products.
  • Air dry only. Do not apply direct heat.

Due to our rugs being woven, you will need to be careful when using them around sharp objects that may catch (pointy jewellery like rings, keys, etc) so you don't pull any threads.

When will my order be posted?

Your order will be dispatched from NSW within 1-3 business days. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

For Australian residents, it will take around 4-6 business days. NZ 12-14 days.
USA, Canada & the UK 15+ days.
Due to Covid we may experience delays, if this is the case we ask for your patience & understanding.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to Australia, New Zealand, The UK, USA & Canada.
Shipping costs will vary, and will be added at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand your situation completely, as we also experience changes of mind from time to time! Although we would love to accommodate your request, once an order is placed, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to modify or cancel it.

However, if the item(s) you receive do not meet your expectations, we offer exchanges for a preferred style or returning them for a refund.

Do you offer exchanges & refunds?

We offer 30 day refunds & exchanges from when you place your order, at your own shipping expense.

What if my product is faulty?

Prior to dispatch, each of our products undergoes thorough inspection to ensure there are no defects. However, in the event that you discover a fault with your order, you have the option to return it within 14 days of delivery.

Packaging

Will my order be sent plastic free?

Definitely! We have taken deliberate measures to prioritise environmental protection by minimizing the use of plastic in all possible aspects.

When it comes to your order, it will be packaged using one of the following eco-friendly options: a compostable mailer bag from Hero Packaging, or a cardboard box for larger orders.

How long will take for my compostable mailer to break down?

When placed in a commercial composting setting, the item will undergo decomposition within a span of 90 days. However, if you choose to compost it at home, it might take slightly longer, around 120 days, for complete breakdown to occur.

Where are your products made?

The journey starts at our in-house studio located on Biripi Country, New South Wales, Australia. Our designer Josh, personally crafts each unique pattern and dedicates his attention to detail to designing the rugs.

Afterwards, we entrust these designs to an exceptional family-owned factory in China, with whom we have maintained a close partnership for the past three years. We we drawn to our suppliers as they have passed all BSCI assessments, and wholeheartedly embrace the mission of creating a secure, safe, positive, and healthy working environment for their employees.

Why recycled cotton?

Recycled cotton offers a sustainable future, reducing the environmental impact of fashion. It conserves resources like water, energy, and land, requiring less than virgin cotton. It also cuts the need for harmful pesticides and fertilisers in cotton farming. Moreover, recycling cotton reduces waste and landfill congestion, promoting a circular economy. By embracing recycled cotton, we support a more ethical and responsible approach to fashion, paving the way for a greener and more sustainable future.

Where does your recycled cotton come from?

Our Recycled Cotton comes from pre-consumer textile waste: Also known as "factory waste" or "cutting waste". Pre-consumer waste refers to the excess fabric generated during the manufacturing process of textiles from the large Fashion Industries. This can include scraps, trimmings, or offcuts that are left over after cutting patterns for garments or other textile products that would otherwise end up in landfill.
