Going back to our roots, the Thora rug pays homage to the magic of NSW's Bellingen region. Full of vintage charm, this rug is at home on a riverbank beside secluded swimming holes, picnicking in fields of flowers and curled up on your bed by the fire. Featuring romantic tans, pinks and greens the Thora rug was designed to be shared and is perfect for family, friends & lovers alike!

Designed in-house by our team here at The Sunday Coast, our beautifully woven rugs feature unique vibrant designs. They are soft, calming & cosy for keeping you warm on those cool evenings. The tightly woven material also allows it to be used as the perfect picnic rug, creating a comfortable cover and resistance from sand, grass or dirt.

  • Made with a woven cotton blend that is long-lasting, cosy & perfect for a multitude of uses.

  • Keep in mind, our designs & colours are uniquely crafted using a detailed process of weaving coloured threads. Colours may also differ in photographs due to photo editing by either us or our online community.
Don't Sweat the Small Stuff (Cleaning Guide):
  • If sand or dirt attaches to your rug we recommend giving it a good shake.
  • Do not vacuum as this can pull threads and damage your rug
  • We suggest hand washing any smaller marks or stains with cold water.
  • If you need to wash your rug, do so on a delicate cycle and avoid any harsh cleaning products.
  • Air dry only. Do not apply direct heat.

    SO BEAUTIFUL

    I’ve been looking at these rugs forever and I’m so glad I bought one. Came super quick and they replied to my emails so fast and were so helpful. The rug is such a perfect size for a queen bed. It’s such amazing quality and the colours are exactly how they look online. Can’t wait to use it at the beach

    GORGEOUS!! ✨

    The colours and design of this throw rug is STUNNING!

    It complemented my bedroom so well and I use it at the beach all the time! The sand just shakes off it and it's amazing quality too!

    My partner got this for me as a gift, and I 1000% recommend it to everyone. I will be purchasing more Sunday Coast Rugs as gifts this year!

    Perfect for Cozy Beach Picnics
